All is nice, I had a nice easter. My hotel is set in a very central location near the center, Lytham St Annes and shops close by. Also, walking to Ashton Gardens takes 5 minutes. The units were spotless with a view of drain pipes.

Exceptionally clean place with marvellous view over beach. Coffee/tea making equipment, a kettle, and an iron available in the double room. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was full cooked and efficient. Perfect and nice location close enough to the beer garden, the sea front with the pier, and dunes for doggy walks. Really had very very good stay for two nights.
